Feeling powerless, or perhaps to blame for what happened; you stop trusting anyone and avoid pushing yourself.

You may binge-eat hoping that being “fat” or “ugly” will make you invisible to predators.

Why: Religious beliefs conflicted with your thoughts, desires or actions.

You physically or mentally punish yourself, or in-authentically hide aspects of your personality.

Hey! I’m Taryn a professional Anxiety & Confidence coach. By my early twenties, fear had left deep scars in my life. Crippling anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-harm, sexual trauma, a failed marriage. 

It wasn’t until I discovered yoga in 2009 that everything changed. I completed my teacher training, and with the support of my students and a powerful new sense of calm, I left my broken marriage and transitioned off medications.

      Q: What if I lose motivation to continue? 

      Consider the times you’ve lose motivation in the past; why was that? If you’re constantly doing everything the world tell you (as a woman) that you should do, it’s no wonder you can’t stay motivated.

      How To Rewrite The Lies You Tell Yourself That Keep You Stressed, Insecure & Out Of Shape.

      These lies have sunk their claws into your life:

      Perfectionism. Overthinking. Over-Eating. under-eating. no Motivation. no passion. no Self-Confidence. no Self-Respect.

      Hey! I’m Taryn a professional Anxiety & Confidence coach. By my early twenties, fear had left deep scars in my life. Crippling anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-harm, sexual trauma, a failed marriage.
