“Isn’t There Supposed to be More to Life?”

You’re flying through your “life checklist”: graduated school, college, got a job that your parents are proud of, house, partner, but you're paralyzed, and all you can think is...

“Isn’t There Supposed to be More to Life?”

Does this sound familiar?

It’s a slow lunch and you’re passing the time watching videos. You stumble onto one of the endless talent show variations, and an oddly common scene plays out.

A contestant confidently marches on stage, gives an emotional backstory, and then proceeds to murder the audience’s ears with 2 minutes of tone-deaf screeches

The judges laugh, and the contestant is utterly confused….

You can’t help but think:

How could anyone possibly be so lacking in self awareness to misjudge their abilities so massively?

There’s NO WAY that your life could be controlled by any delusions like this..

Well,

statistics disagrees.

Did you know that 95% of people think they’re self-aware?

Did you also know that only about 10-15% of people actually are

That means that the vast majority of people are just floating through life,

completely unaware of why they’re doing what they’re doing, their direction, or even why they react emotionally to certain things.

But that’s not you,

You have loads of self-awareness…right?

Does any of this sound familiar?

After years of study, you’re finally in the job your parents always dreamed you’d have. You think:

This doesn’t really feel like you, but at least it’s the responsible thing to do, you need the money””

Still, you can’t shake the feeling that you haven’t made the “right choice”:

“Everything is going according to plan…

Ahh, but Marie was engaged with a house at my age…

Shit, I’m so behind…

Well, Anne hasn’t even got a job…

It’s okay, you’re right on track.””

You feel some panic rise, and worry that you’re failing at life.

“You’ve had too many different jobs and none have felt right,

you’re not meant to like your work yet.

Just keep climbing the ladder,

it will be better when you’re higher up”

But you don’t really want your boss’s job, or their boss’s job, or any job in this company. You freeze, and a thought hits you like a tonne of bricks.

“Isn’t there supposed to be more to life?”

  • Do you long to have a strong direction in your life?
  • To feel like you have purpose?
  • Do you wish you could stop worrying about what other people think of you?
  • To feel confident about the decisions you make?
  • To feel happy with exactly where you are in life, regardless of “where anyone else is”?
  • Do you wish you could, for once, find a job that feels “right”?

If you don’t understand your thoughts, you can’t understand what you really desire.

How will you feel if you spend the next decade climbing the ladder of a company you don’t care about, only to find you’re climbing the “wrong building”?

What amazing things could you have been doing with your life, if you were just able to ignore the judgments of others?

“Someone has liked my Instagram photo!”

swipe….

swipe……

swipe……………….

Before you know it, an hour has passed.

“Ahh! Why does your brain always grasp for distraction? If you don’t complete this assignment, what will everyone think?”

The added pressure of what’s expected of you makes you anxious.

You feel panicked.

“Why can you not get moving with this?

Just grab that cake from the fridge.

hat will relax you, and get you ready to work.

The cake doesn’t help.

You’re energy takes a hit and now you’re feeling shameful. You stand up and start pacing around to try and get your brain in the zone.

 Why are you doing this?

You don’t even care about the results. But it will be so worth it in the future…

wonder if your job will let you travel… where could you go? Thailand? Argentina….?”

Another hour passes fantasizing about adventures. Still no progress on the deadline. Your chest tightens and your breath is short.

“Shit! Now it’s way too late to actually get this done!

Okay, tonight is a write-off, I’ll just put Netflix on, watch one episode and go to bed early so I can work in the morning.”

And as no one has ever had the self control to watch just one episode on Netflix, you sit awake in the early hours of the morning, too agitated to sleep…

Beating yourself up all you can think is…..

“Isn’t there supposed to be more to life?”

  • Do you wish you could stop your compulsive social media use?
  • That you were actually proud of your life, instead of wasting your time being jealous of other people’s?
  • Do you long to stop floating through life?
  • To live a life you love, a life that flows?
  • To improve your relationships and form deeper connections?

If you don’t understand your emotions, you can’t understand why you act and react the way you do.

Procrastination is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of coping mechanisms for emotional wounds you don’t want to face.

Emotional wounds you might not even be aware of, that could be causing mayhem in your life?

What damage could you do to your health if you start using binge eating, drinking or drugs to cope?

What damage could you do to your finances if you start using shopping to cope?

How many great relationships might you destroy because you erupt in rage any time an innocent comment makes you feel attacked or vulnerable?

How many great job opportunities might you sabotage if your hidden wounds leave you micromanaging every little thing for a sense of control?

If you’re so unaware of your weaknesses that you take any feedback as an attack on your character?

The list of ways that a lack of self awareness could be secretly damaging your life is almost endless.

But, how?

Does this sound familiar?

If you’re so unaware of your weaknesses that you take any feedback as an attack on your character?

The list of ways that a lack of self awareness could be secretly damaging your life is almost endless.

But, how?

How have you reached the point that fictional stories (that you might not even be aware of) are controlling your every decision and reaction?

How have you become so convinced that certain things, or becoming a certain person, will lead to happiness, acceptance, love, power, fulfillment?

It’s complicated, and highly individual… But it definitely has roots in your past.

Does your childhood sound like any of these?

Your parents had a bad relationship with money:

Your parents constantly fought or worried about money. Perhaps they told you that money was “the root of all evil”, or you built up credit card debt that you were unable to repay, and needed their help with it. You develop an understanding that money destroys relationships, that you’re irresponsible, that having or wanting makes you bad. You learn that you’ll never become successful, that you should avoid making money, because you’ll be even less happy when you have it.

School made you feel stupid, or smart

You struggled to understand what was happening in school, or maybe you felt very smart or talented, and then moved to a new school or college and suddenly that was destroyed, you felt dumb. You develop an identity as just not that smart, so you avoid going for jobs or promotions that you’re qualified for, or on the flip side, you develop extreme workaholism, putting in insane amounts of work just to maintain your identity as “smart”.

Your parents had strong definitions of what your success looks like:

You grew up understanding that your parents expected greatness from you, for you to become successful in a very specific way, perhaps as a doctor, lawyer or athlete. You learn that the only way for them to show you affection is to mold yourself to their ideas. You internalize this message so deeply that you don’t even question if you like your career until you’re years into it.

You suffered trauma

Physical, sexual, or emotional abuse created a seering shame for you. You learn that people aren’t to be trusted, that you’re worthless, powerless, and perhaps complicit or to blame for what happened to you. You can’t help but sabotage relationships because any sign of vulnerability makes you worry you’ll suffer trauma again.

Religious beliefs made you feel perpetually sinful

The beliefs of your family gave you a set of rules or opinions that could not be questioned. How you should act, what you should strive for and desire, who you should dislike and more are all just expected of you. Without the life experience to form your own opinions on these subjects, you never learn what you truly think.

You were bullied:

You were taunted and bullied about something as a child; saying something silly, your looks, interests or a mistake you made. Crushed by a massive amount of shame, you either internalize the identity the bullies give to you, or perhaps throw everything you have into becoming the opposite. Your identity is the fat or ugly kid, no matter how many years pass, how much weight you lose, how much makeup you wear, or even how much plastic surgery you get.

Society and the Media has sold you a vision of a “successful life”

This one isn’t necessarily a childhood problem! You have an endless supply of messages about what a “successful life” should look like. You decide that becoming an influencer, traveling to every country in the world, or being a millionaire by the time you’re 30 are what you need to achieve in order to be happy. A dream is sold to you, but you never take the time to think if it’s really what you want, or if the people that have achieved these goals are actually happy and fulfilled themselves.

If any of these points gave you a knot in your stomach, or bought up worried emotions or thoughts, I want you to know that:

There is a world where you know what you want, where you’re motivated, where you feel confident about your purpose and the direction of your life. Where all of the relationships you have are empowering and exciting.

How have you reached the point that fictional stories (that you might not even be aware of) are controlling your every decision and reaction?

There is a world where you know what you want, where you’re motivated, where you feel confident about your purpose and the direction of your life. Where all of the relationships you have are empowering and exciting.

When you understand what makes you feel insecure, and how your brain controls your life in order to protect you from those insecurities; everything about your life will elevate to a beautiful new level.

And I’d love nothing more than to help you unlock that fierce badass goddess within you.

Trust me, I’m an expert at this whole “figuring yourself out” stuff.

  • Crippling fears that I’ll never be successful? Yep
  • Self harming due to thoughts against my religious beliefs? That was me
  • Bullying had me convinced I was an annoying person? Mmmhmm.
  • Sexual trauma left me feeling punished for dressing a certain way? Unfortunately so
  • Bad money relationship leaving me incapable of asking for fair pay? Only at every job I’ve ever had.
  • Completely failing my “life checklist” by getting divorced in my mid twenties? Good job Taryn, just killing it at life.

Girl, I just want you to know that I get it.

As well as having been exactly where you are, I’ve also helped coach many women through their self awareness issues, and the negative, fictional stories that were running their lives.

All that is required to discover who you truly are, what you truly care about, what you truly want, is to look inward in a structured way, and to put in the practice.

    Understanding yourself is HARD,

but if you can uncover the stories that are holding you back, you can rewrite them to reveal that the IS so so so much more to life.

To discover who you truly are, you have to strip away every fake “should” to find what you actually value.

You need to gain an appreciation for what your strengths AND weaknesses are, to feel confident in who you are, not who you’ve become convinced you are.

So when you do embody your authentic awesomeness, when you are deeply confident in your values and who you are, will everything be sunshine and rainbows?

    Unfortunately not.

Your life, friends, relationships and job may all be tied up to a story that just doesn’t represent the real you. The thought of tearing that all down can be terrifying, and it’s very possible that you will lose friendships along the way.

It’s scary to strip away all the bullshit, to discover what is at your core, and then to live your life in accordance with that.

And it will be scary for some people that are close to you witness your change. Their insecurities will make them defensive, and maybe angry at you for having the courage to be the authentic, real you.

Just understand that your true friends will love you for whoever you become, even if it takes them a little while to come around.

And when they do, you will form bonds that are so much deeper and more meaningful.

So please trust me; your life can become beautiful, full of passion, purpose and direction.

Once you understand the relief, the lightness, the overwhelming power you feel just being, YOU, I guarantee you’ll kick yourself for not making yourself a priority sooner.

    How would you feel:

    • If you were energized and motivated each morning to make the world better by following your calling?
    • If you were happier and calmer, because you’ve stopped fighting with your friends, family and partner, or getting stressed out by the news?
    • If you were free from the impulses that sabotage your life: social media procrastination, binge eating, drinking, drugs, shopping etc?

Your success in your career, business, dating, relationships, even your very happiness is massively affected by your ability to confidently act on your authentic desires.

Your success in your career, business, dating, relationships, even your very happiness is massively affected by your ability to strip away societal “shoulds” and to uncover your authentic self.

Even a definition of success that is your own, is impossible without first understanding your true desires, direction and values.

But once again, the path to unleashing your badass goddess isn’t going to be easy.

I struggled for years trying to navigate this journey alone, but I’d like to show you a different path.

I’d love nothing more than to help you uncover your confidence, your power, and your authentic self.

So I’ve pulled together the most powerful tools I’ve used to successfully transform my life.

    • I left a broken marriage.
    • I sold all that I owned and left the US for a life of adventure traveling the world.
    • I left a job paying me far less than I was worth to launch my own yoga and coaching business helping women just like you.

I would never have found my purpose if I didn’t first learn to understand what I truly value, to gain confidence in what I’m a badass at, and to summon the courage to live the life of my dreams, free from fictional stories, no matter what anyone else thought.

Are You Ready For This To Be You?

This is what a Strong, Confident, Independent Woman Looks Like!

“I am loving this course! I love that I can do it at my own pace. I’m spending more time with podcasts, your guided meditations, and started journaling. It’s been powerful to journal using the prompts from your class rather than just the random crap from my head.”

      – Katrina Call, Phoenix

      I Found My Voice

Thank you thank you thank you for this! Any time I speak now, my voice remains strong and I am able to hear myself clearly.

I can feel the “good side” of me bloom back to life.

I’m now able to calm my anxious “Bitchy Bee“ side right down.

I feel wrapped in a warm cloud, ever so soft and gentle. I now feel calm and comforted that life is exactly where it’s meant to be in this moment.

      – Bri Curro, Oregon

I’m Feeling So Powerful It Is Unbelievable.

You’ve helped me find inner strength that I have been missing for ages and made me confront myself and show all of the things I had hidden away.

I’m feeling so powerful, yet so calm and peaceful it is unbelievable.

I have never been so sure of myself or loved myself more than I do at this moment.

For the first time ever, a meditation broke me down to the point where I was sobbing.

How Do You Become a Calm, Confident, Beautiful Badass?

I wish there were some sort of magic pill or diploma like course you could complete to be certified “self-aware”, but unfortunately life doesn’t work that way!

So, instead of leaving you to sit around wishing for a miracle, I’ve built a Toolkit of my most transformative lessons and practices for understanding who the hell you actually are.

The reason this is a “Toolkit” and not a course, is because peeling back the layers, the stories, the bullshit you’ve spent a whole lifetime pilling on top of your authentic self, requires repetition and practice.

You can’t just follow a course A-Z and be done.

Anyone that tries to tell you otherwise is lying to you.

Repetition will teach you new lessons!

Maybe you’ve read a book, got some great take-aways from it, and then months or years later you read it again, and are surprised to learn completely new lessons?

This toolkit is just like those books!

The more work and repetition you put in, the more you will start to understand and identify what fictional stories have been controlling your life, as well as uncovering your authentic desires, values and dreams.

So, what’s included in this powerful toolkit?

      • 6 Video Lessons – These are the transformative teachings I share with my private coaching clients. Not only do you get these video lessons, but you also get the same workbooks that I share with my clients for each lesson. These hold your hand in processing and doing the inner work needed to embody each lesson.
      • Guided Meditations – Targeted meditations designed to get you tuned into the powerful badass that you are. As you practice starting your mornings off by looking inwards, you will start to become more and more aware of negative judgments and stories you have, making it much easier to overcome them.
      • Body Work – Yoga and breathing lessons specifically focused on using your body to get in touch with your authentic energy. Again, repeating these will start to leave you feeling secure and capable for longer and longer.
      • Bonus Resources – I want to give you every advantage I can to uncover the beautiful, true you. I provide a list of all the other resources that have helped me transform my life through discovering who the real me was. Amazing books, journal prompts, powerful affirmations, anything I’ve found that lead to a profound increase in my awareness of my thought patterns, values and passions.

I’m Need This! But Have Some Worries:

      I’m here to help 🙂

Q:  $111 Would be a big investment for me

It’s totally normal to feel that way, I’ve been there myself. But consider it this way:

It’s good that you feel this is a big investment, because it means you will take this seriously. Reminding yourself not only of the work you’ll have to do to unlock your sexy inner goddess, but also the work you had to do to earn the money to pay for this toolkit, will help you stay dedicated when it gets hard (and it will get hard).

You’re going to uncover and face demons on the path to truly becoming comfortable and confident as your authentic self, so make sure you’re ready, and then turn up determined, ready to make this work if it’s the last damn thing you do.

For another perspective, think back to how low self awareness might actually be costing you money. How much better could your financial situation be if you actually understood what you were passionate about, if you understood your direction?

How much better more dedicated and confident would you be at a job, or with a business you really cared about?

If you know what you value, what change you want to make in the world, you’ll work harder and more creatively, and you’ll get energy from doing so.

That’s the kind of work that gets promotions. That’s the kind of business that attracts success.

Q:  When do I access the course?

Immediately! As soon as you complete your payment, you’ll receive login details with  access to the online toolkit.

10 minutes from now you could start the journey that will allow you to go after all you desire!

Q: How long will I have access to the course?

You will have lifestyle access to the portal, including all of the videos, meditations, yoga classes, and workbooks. I’m also available to answer questions in the portal or by email.

      Q: Do you allow refunds?

Off course. I want to make sure you really love the results the toolkit gives.

You get two whole weeks to test it out with zero risk.

If you’re unhappy in any way, you can email me for a refund during that time.

Q: Will I be allowed to download the course?

Yes, all of the content (videos, meditations, workbooks) are available to be downloaded and watched later on.
