January is all about setting new intentions and a bunch of epic goals for you to dominate throughout the year! Are you with me?!
Or… maybe not? The obsession with big goals and crushing them can feel motivating, but what we forget about is the burnout, inner judgment, and pressure we can feel to complete our goals simply because we “should.” It’s not always very healthy.
So I have a secret for setting goals in a way that not only honors the fact that you’re a multi-dimensional being who is likely to change your mind about what you want along the way… but also caters to the fact that goals are meant to offer direction, not be the end all, be all.
