Holistic health is actually an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how we interact with our environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit.

Tony LaPrino helps you become an empowered version of yourself: A creator of whole health living.

In this episode, we chat about:

  • How to rise back up when you’ve hit rock bottom
  • Accepting what is & making the most of the present moment
  • Powerful habits to turn adversity into opportunity
  • How to set sustainable & fundamental goals and habits
  • The art of conscious eating
  • How to use visualization to help you make shifts & live a purposeful life
