Our society tends to dismiss play for adults, it’s perceived as unproductive, unnecessary, or a guilty pleasure. We are told that once we reach adulthood, it’s time to get serious about life and the decisions we make. Between personal and professional responsibilities, there’s no time to play.

Play is just as important for adults as it is for kids.

Play brings joy, and it is vital for problem-solving, creativity and creating deep meaningful relationships.

In this episode, I chat about:

  • How you can be more productive, innovative, creative when you incorporate more play into your life
  • Attracting more of health, wealth, joy and abundance when you’re in a state of playfulness
  • Cultivating different elements of play everyday
  • Finding pleasure in little moments outside the bedroom
