Overcoming struggles with depression and anxiety, healing her relationship with herself and others, and learning how to to live from a place of presence – her greatest passion is to share these discoveries and empower others to live fully content and connected lives.
She truly believes all of this is possible, and more, through the practice of yoga and meditation.
